La Grainerie

La Grainerie is a circus and itinerant arts factory dedicated to the development of the circus field and the support of its stakeholders. It is a place where resources are offered to creators, technicians and administrators among which training, creation, diffusion, manufacturing, and storage spaces as well as offices.

La Grainerie is also a place for social cohesion based on solidarity to favor encounters between artists and inhabitants.

The main activities carried out are:

• Rehearsal and training for circus artists;
• An artistic and production support to emerging artists (with Studio-PACT, the Circus Arts Incubator of Toulouse);
• The development of cross-border and international projects: training for artists and operators, research’s workshops and laboratories, support for dissemination and production;
• Artistic and cultural education;
• A metropolitan circus arts season.
