circusnext visits its partners
Over the past few months, the circusnext team has visited several of its partners for special events, festivals and meetings.
The circusnext team regularly visits its partners to reinforce cooperative links, understand local realities and exchange ideas about circusnext’s activities with as many people as possible.
In April, the team travelled to Normandy for the Spring Festival coordinated by the Plateforme 2 Pôles Cirque en Normandie / La Brèche à Cherbourg – Cirque-Théâtre d’Elbeuf. A rich edition, full of singular proposals. We were able to see artists who had already been part of the circusnext program, such as Sandrine Juglair and company Un loup pour l’homme – Alexandre Fray.
We attended the Circostrada General Meeting in Split from April 19 to 22. This gave us the opportunity to enrich our vision of the local artistic scene and meet professionals from the Balkan region.
In July, 2 circusnext evenings were organized as part of the GREC Festival in Barcelona. Performing at Mercat de les Flors were 2023 Laureates Édouard Peurichard, Palimsesta and Doisacordes, and 2023 Finalists Diagonale du Vide.
