The cooperative society Teatro Instabile di Aosta was founded by Marco Chenevier in 2005 as a production and distribution company. It is also dedicated to organising cultural events such as the Morg-Ex-machina circus and street theatre festival, the touring revue Le marmotte non dormono, and Rome’s Festival di teatro di strada.

Since 2016, it has been curating the TDanse – Dance & Technology – Festival Internazionale della Nuova Danza di Aosta*, held in the spaces of the Cittadella dei Giovani di Aosta.

In 2019, TiDA took over the artistic direction and programming of the Art & Culture space at the Cittadella dei Giovani di Aosta.
