Floor acrobatics, puppetry
Bound by a common loss, Marius Fouilland and Aimé Rauzier come together in a piece that questions our relationship with death and brings it into the present moment. Guided by the language of acrobatics, they give a place to the absent: puppets and humans merge in a dialogue between two worlds. Jumping, rising, tilting, falling as two, rising as four.
Marius Fouilland and Aimé Rauzier trained in floor acrobatics at the Académie Fratellini.
Marius Fouilland has performed with the Cie Samuel Mathieu in Saltarines, with L’ÉOLIENNE (Florence Caillon) in Le Petit Lac and Le Lac des Cygnes, with Cie DANS6T (Bouziane Bouteldja) for Récréations, and with the Cie Jafarson in the creation of Mont. In 2022, he founded the company Inéluctable and, in 2023, created SOI(E) with Anna Martinelli. He is currently working on two projects: the duo SEUIL and the solo C’EST CARRÉ.
Aimé Rauzier performed in L’Absolu (Cie Les Choses de Rien) and Foraine (Cie Bal). He also seeks to explore a social dimension by teaching circus in a SEGPA class in partnership with the Philharmonie de Paris and by assisting Jeanne Mordoj during a workshop in a day hospital.
