Tight rope and static trapeze

Hedonia is an interdisciplinary performance blending technology, video art, rap, text, and sound design. It explores postmodern pleasure through a dialogue between analogue and digital bodies, confronting the absurdity of instant gratification and the paradox of happiness. It offers a reflection on our technologically mediated reality and its profound impact on our lives.

Biography

Clara Cortés Soler graduated in Fine Arts from Barcelona (2013) and from the Fontys Academy for Circus and Performance Art in the Netherlands (2018). Her circus discipline is trapeze. Interested in new formats, the use of digital tools, and hybrid performance, she is currently working on Baby Don’t Hurt Me, Match, and soon MILF with Mathilde Roy and the partner Le Palc.

Specialized in tight wire, Moritz Grenz graduated from the Fontys Academy for Circus and Performance Art in the Netherlands (2018). He combines circus, rap, and sound engineering to artistically address socially relevant issues. In his work Moritz develops new settings and formats for circus, integrating digital technologies, architecture, and contemporary art.
