Noa Aubry, LĂ oĂą la nuit n’est pas si loin puisque le jour s’en va dĂ©jĂ
German wheel · Creation 2025
Inspired by the movement of waves, LĂ oĂą la nuit n’est pas si loin puisque le jour s’en va dĂ©jĂ Â explores time and the traces it leaves behind. Noa Aubry uses the German wheel to look at the resistance to movement and creates a slow repetitive style, reminiscent of the ocean.Â
After studying classical guitar at the Conservatoire de Montreuil, Noa Aubry discovered the German wheel and trained as a circus artist at the ENACR and then the CNAC. LĂ oĂą la nuit n’est pas si loin puisque le jour s’en va dĂ©jĂ Â is her first creation.Â
Taigi Cirkas (Elena Kosovec, Izabele Kuzelyte), Saucisson
Aerial acrobatics · Creation 2025
What happens when the artist loses control? When an object becomes uncontrollable, absurd, or even reveals a absent feeling? Saucisson is about the desacralisation of the props and the circus body. A multidisciplinary creation that blends visual art, aerial acrobatics, and opera, freely inspired by surrealism and theatre of the absurd.Â
Director of the Contemporary Circus Association in Lithuania, Elena Kosovec studied drama at ESAC in Brussels and CNAC in Châlons-en-Champagne. Izabele Kuzelyte trained at FLIC in Turin and currently works in Munich with the local community as part of the Contemporary Circus Association. In 2016, they founded the Taigi Cirkas company in Vilnius.
La VĂspera (Vinka Delgado, Diego Hernando), Fragmentos
Chinese pole, puppets · Creation 2025
Fragmentos divides the body to better understand it. The artists take an intimate and poetic approach
to explore the distortion and disintegration of the body. Masks, puppetry, and light research open a discussion on pain and how it can be relieved through fragmentation. When suffering becomes too intense, the mind splits.
After studying fine arts, circus and theatre, Vinka Delgado focused on the creation of puppets, masks, costumes and set design. Diego Hernando studied sound engineering and became a video and lighting technician. He then trained in circus and theatre. Together they founded La VĂspera in Granada, Fragmentos is their second creation.Â
Maison Courbe (Nina Harper, Domitille Martin, Ricardo Cabral)        Le Bruit des Pierres
Acrodance, aerial · Creation 2025
What can we learn from stones? In this hybrid creation, they are transformed into suspended props and real stage partners. While questioning the relationship between Western humans and their environment, the performers evolve and create a choreography of suspension, imbalance, and collapse.Â
Nina Harper is a Brazilian dancer, circus artist and director based in France. She graduated in circus arts from the AcadĂ©mie Fratellini and in performing arts from the UniversitĂ© Paris 8. Domitille Martin is a French visual artist and sculptor who graduated from the École Nationale SupĂ©rieure des Arts DĂ©coratifs in Paris. Ricardo Cabral is a Brazilian artist and researcher specialising in the performing arts, with a degree from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.Â
